OAR’s field technicians capture every relevant detail of your project site with industry-leading LiDAR and 3D scanning hardware .

OAR registers & post processes the data to optimize it for viewing, importing, and sharing. At this stage we will send it to whoever you ask us to – ensuring everyone who could use it on your project has access.

Data Processing & Model Development

Our team produces BIM-ready models tailored to your project based on the point cloud of your site.

QA/QC Check: Each model undergoes a rigorous verification process to align with design specifications and detect omissions or errors before delivery

Deliver & Integrate with Your Workflow

Receive as-built data in the format that works best for you—Revit, AutoCAD, Point Clouds, or 2D CAD.

Revision Period: we host your 3D model and point cloud side by side on a web platform so that you can efficiently check and notify us of any discrepancies so we can make sure your model is perfect.
