All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 HRS of your appointmennt
No call / no show appointments will result in a full service charge
Mask are required for all appoinments

Deposit is non-refundable

Same-day cancellations are still considered no-shows and result in a full-service charge
Anyone With more than 2 no shows will be blocked from booking

All services require a $15 Deposit (No Exception)
Deposits will go toward the remaining balance

Things to know
Please read the following
– Depending on your skin type, the service lenght, service outcome, and intensity of TINT / HENNA may very
– If you are currently using any skincare products that contain RETINOL, please discontinue use atleast 3 days before any scheduled service. This product can block and affect the ability of TINT or HENNA staining the skin
– All clients with dry skin / patches should begin exfoliating brows daily at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

Please read, prior to booking:
- Please be sure to select your desired appointment type and complete the attached forms prior to your arrival.
- Once appointment is scheduled, please send $20 deposit via Venmo to : @TheBikiniBottomWaxBar
- Appointment will be cancelled, if deposit is not received within an hour of booking.
- 10 min grace period, before $15 late fee is applied (Just Call/Text If running late, I promise I’m not the late fee queen)
- No show = Banned.
I know that is a lot to take in, however we must set guidelines to ensure our beautiful babes are serviced at the time of their desired appointment.
